To sign in, use your current AU username and password the same credentials you use to log into the computer.

Another essential tool is Banner, the software that allows Augusta University students to access their academic and personal information online. To sign in, you will need to enter your username and password, and it is important to turn off compatibility view in your browser to ensure optimal functionality. Within Banner, students can access their final grades for any term, providing timely and crucial feedback on their academic performance. Simply log in, select student records, and then final grades to view your results.

Official transcripts are an important part of your academic journey. To request an official transcript, navigate to Pounce, the online portal for current students of Augusta University. You have a choice of options for delivery: standard mail, pick-up, or electronic. Keep in mind that a transcript is your official university record and must be requested through Pounce.

Jagtrak is an unofficial audit of coursework, as well as an outline of all degree requirements. The Augusta University Catalog is the official source for academic programs and courses. Both students and advisors are encouraged to utilize the catalog in planning their path to graduation.

Need to take a course in Audit mode? Register for the course in Pounce, then contact the Registrar's Office at registrar@augusta.edu from your AU email address to request the course be changed to Audit. Remember only courses approved for audit grade mode may be audited.

Desire2Learn (D2L), also known as Brightspace, is the online Learning Management System (LMS) for Augusta University. Think of it as a vast repository where you can store and track all information related to your coursework. For your security, always log out and exit your web browser when you are done accessing services that require authentication.

Holds placed on student records can be viewed in your student profile within Pounce. These holds, placed for various reasons, typically require action by the student for removal (e.g., payment, documentation, completing a requirement, exit interviews, etc.).
